INSTRUCTIONS

5) Proceed to checkout (from the cart). Payment processed by Paypal or credit card.
6) Within ten minutes of your purchase, you will receive an automated email with confirmation of your purchase. If you selected a DVD, it will be mailed the following business day.

Download Issues
1) Having trouble downloading your film?
It could be a browser issue. Every browser is configured with different settings, which unfortunately we can not modify for you. We will, however, provide the following help in case you're films are not downloading successfully (earlier browser versions limited the size and number of simultaneous downloads you could make, might be time to check if you need to upgrade your browser):
2) I can not view my film.
Please make sure to download the latest version of Quicktime. This is the software that is needed to view movie files on computers. It's available for free here: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/
3) I tried to download the film a second time, but it wouldn't let me.
All links can only be activated once. One link = one copy. Contact us for help.
4) I've registered on the site and bought a film, but I don't understand how to download my film.
c) Open a new browser window.
Login into your email account. (The email account you registered on the JPS Films site with).
Open the automated email from JPS Films with your film download link.
d) Click on the tiny url.
e) The download will start automatically. If your computer asks you where to save it, chose 'desktop', it will be easier to find the file later.
f) Don't close any of the browser windows, computer or internet connection while downloading (we also recommend an adsl connection instead of a wifi connection). Depending on your internet connection, download will be 20-60 minutes.

This copy/license is reserved for certified educational institutions only - high schools, colleges, universities, public libraries. It is a one time licensing fee of 60 euros for unlimited duration.

This copy/license is reserved for individuals, non-profit associations, community centers, government agencies, co-ops or companies who wish to screen the film to a public audience. It is a one time licensing fee of 300 euros for unlimited duration and an unlimited number of screenings.
No admission fees, donations, etc. can be charged or asked for during these screenings. These screenings can not be used in a commercial or promotional manner. Each licensing agreement is linked to one DVD copy. No copies can be made and the licensing agreement can not be transfered or sold to a third party. Only the individual or association with the licensing agreement can organize the public screening.

1 - You have read and understand the terms and conditions stated below.
2 - This film is for private use only.
3 - All JPS Films films are protected by copyright laws. No copies of any film, in part or in whole, can be made for any reason. No films of which JPS Films's owns the copyright may be reproduced, modified, rented, leased, loaned, sold, distributed or shared on the internet, peer to peer sites or with other tecnological mediums exisiting or invented without the written consent of JPS Films.
4 - All payments are in Euros only. Only major credit cards are accepted through the Paypal system. All fees will be billed to the credit card you designate during payment.
5 - Prices listed will include service charges. VAT taxes will be added according to billing address. EU and UK residents (based on billing addresses) will be charged 19.6% VAT.
6 - All sales are final.
7 - You agree to pay for purchases made from JPS Films's site.
8 - Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of JPS Films. If your film was not completely downloaded, free of user error, a replacement will be provided free of charge. Refunds will not be made if download activated.

10 - Users who's payments are revoked or refused by their credit card company after films are downloaded, will lose the ability to reuse this site and will be blocked from further purchases.
11 - The functioning of this site is protected by copyright laws.
12 - JPS Films does not insure our films to be visible through ipods, ipads or AppleTV. You are aware that you are purchasing a QuickTime file of films and are aware of how to view the film once purchased. You are aware that you will require QuickTime on your personal computer to view the film. All other viewing methods of the film (personal television screen, personal cell phone and other personal devices) will be at your own discretion.
13 - JPS Films is not responsible for typographical errors made by users. JPS Films is not responsible for user errors.

15 - This site is available for individuals aged 13 years or older. No films on our site have been rated, view at your own discretion.
16 - All locations where billing addresses are accepted by Paypal is where this service is available. If a country is not listed on the payment site, the service is not available in that country.
17 - You certify that all information you give on this site is true and correct.
18 - JPS Films does not sell, give or share any customer information to third parties.
19 - Your internet connection, the speed of your internet connection, your hardware and monitor will determine quality of viewing and speed of download. You aknowledge this. You also aknowledge that JPS Films's films are downloaded and in digital format.
20 - JPS Films does not warrant or guarantee that this service is error-free. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use the service is at your sole risk. All films are delivered "as is" and "as available" for your use, without warranties of any kind. You acknowledge that you are familiar with the technical information about each film presented on the site.
21 - JPS Films, its employees or directors, will in no case be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the services or for any other claim related in any way to your use of this site.
23 - By using this service you agree to indemnify and hold JPS Films, its directors or employees harmless with respect to any claims arising out of your breach of this agreement, your use of of the site, or any action taken by JPS Films as part of any violation of this agreement.
